Cornwall and Devon stand to benefit from devolving regional back to the UK

The Western Morning News cites Open Europe's research on EU regional policy which found that by limiting it only to the EU's least developed member states and devolving it back to wealthier ones, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly could have benefited from an extra £207m and Devon from an extra £36m over the current seven year funding period.
